Terms of Business
1. Orders for specialist goods will be accepted but we are unable to cancel or accept them back for credit.
2. The prices quoted in the catalogue are R.R.P. and exclusive of VAT. Whilst every effort will be made to hold our prices firm, we reserve the right to increase any price should it become necessary.
3. All orders are subject to the ordered item(s) being available. If any item should not be available, then Proactive Business Supplies Ltd may, with the agreement, substitute an item which incorporates the facilities of the ordered item and Proactive Business Supplies Ltd may vary the price accordingly.
4. Claims in respect of faulty, damaged, incorrect goods or shortages must be made within three days of delivery. Wrongly ordered items will be accepted back for credit at the discretion of Proactive Business Supplies Ltd and may be subject to a handling charge. Goods can only be credited if they are in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
5. Goods may only be returned against our official returns note. Credit for returned items can only be issued against the relevant returns note and drivers or representatives are not authorized to collect goods without paperwork raised by our sales office.
6. We reserve the right to supply a minimum quantity where applicable.
7. Goods invoiced and dispatched must be paid for by the last day of the following month. We reserve the right to charge interest on any amount outstanding thereafter on normal trading terms at 8% above base rate on a day-to-day basis. Full title to goods passes only on payment in full. In the event of non-payment, Proactive Business Supplies Ltd reserve the right to suspend the supply of goods and add any cost incurred in the recovery of the amount outstanding to the final balance.
8. Whilst every effort is being made to ensure the information is correct, Proactive Business Supplies Ltd do not accept liability for any errors from the price list or catalogue.
9. Next-day delivery only applies in certain areas and providing stocks are available.
10. Goods on approval must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
